How are Returns managed?
The Returns management for any rental is simple. The person lending you their product(s) are expected to include as part of the shipment, a return shipment label. Once you have used the product, simple use the Return Shipment label included in the packaging.
If the Seller has not included a Return Shipment label, please notify them immediately to send you one.
Please note that if you notice any damages in the product that are not included in the item description, you must immediately notify the Seller (/Lender) and return the product within 24 hours (with package tracking number), in order to qualify for a refund.
How can I be sure the clothes will fit me?
All Sellers are expected to provide clear dimensions of all the parts of the ensemble. If you find this missing in the listing, please write to the seller using the 'Contact Seller' feature prior to placing the rental order.
